Working Principle: In operation, raw fruits are initially cut in half by a halving blade. One half of the fruit is conveyed by rotating rollers towards a squeezing channel. The juice and pulp pass through the sieve and are expelled, while the peel separates and exits the machine via a dedicated peel outlet. Depending on the type of fruit being processed, the clearance in the squeezing channel can be adjusted to optimize the output quality and achieve desired results.
