Scope of Application: This Tomato Seed Extracting Machine Seeds Separating Machine is suitable for removing seeds from ripe tomatoes, watermelons, as well as chili peppers, bell peppers, and jalapenos.Structural Features: The machine mainly consists of a feeding hopper, crusher, separation sieve, seed outlet, frame, and transmission components. The contact parts with materials and the frame are all made of SUS304 stainless steel.Working Principle: During operation, materials enter through the feeding hopper and are first crushed by the crusher. The crushed materials then enter the separation sieve, where seeds and pulp are separated. Seeds and some juice drop into the seed outlet through the separation sieve’s holes. The seed outlet tube contains a high-speed rotating scraper with rubber strips, and juice is thrown out through holes on the seed outlet, while seeds are scraped clean by the scraper and discharged from the end of the seed outlet tube, thus obtaining seedless materials.
