Working Principle of Plum Pitting Pulping Machine also for Mango apricot: During operation, the motor drives the rotor assembly mounted on a spline via a belt transmission, causing it to rotate at high speed. Fruits enter the machine through the feeding inlet where they are screwed towards the crushing rods by the feed auger. Under the action of the crushing rods, the fruit material is mashed. Due to centrifugal force, the juice and pulp (now in a pulp state) pass through the sieve holes of the sieving mesh and proceed to the next stage of pulping. Meanwhile, the cores are expelled through the residue outlet by the discharge scraper blades, thus achieving automatic separation of pulp and seeds.

The machine comes in single-channel and double-channel configurations. When dealing with stone fruits like mangoes, a single-channel de-seeding pulping machine will guide the peeled pulp and flesh into a buffer tank through the discharge hopper, while the cores are discharged from the residue outlet. A dual-channel de-seeding pulping machine automates the entire process – the first stage removes the cores, and the second stage completes the pulping process, effectively separating the fruit kernels, peels, and pulp residues.
