Application Range: This machine is suitable for extracting juice from a variety of citrus fruits such as kumquats, lemons, oranges, limes, green lemons, and grapefruits, allowing for direct juicing without peeling or grading the fruits. The applicable material diameter ranges from φ10 to φ110mm.Structural Characteristics: The machine mainly consists of three pairs of stainless steel pressing rollers, two cutting rollers, one feeding roller, a feed hopper, a juice discharge chute, a peel discharge chute, the machine frame, and transmission components. All parts that come into contact with materials and the machine frame are fabricated using SUS304 and 3Cr13 stainless steel for food safety and durability.

Working Principle: During operation, the raw materials are loaded into the feed hopper. The fruit first passes through the gap between the two cutting rollers and is then pushed onto the cutting roller by the feed roller, where it’s sliced open. The sliced fruit subsequently undergoes further pressing by the trio of pressing rollers. The skin is discharged through the peel outlet while the extracted juice flows out from the juice outlet, thus achieving the goal of efficient extraction through compression.
