Structure Characteristics: The Fruit Blancher Continuous Pre-Cooker Before Pulping is composed of a frame, a screw conveyor, an outlet flip plate, a shell, a steam heating chamber, and transmission mechanisms. All parts in contact with the produce and the frame are made from SUS304 stainless steel, while the seals are constructed from food-grade rubber. Driven by a non-stage speed-adjustable motor via a belt transmission, the spiral conveyor operates to feed the material. The machine features an insulating layer and employs a continuous steaming cooking method, with the material being discharged by a specially designed flipping scraper. The pre-cooking temperature reaches up to 100°C.

Working Principle: Steam enters the jacket surrounding the shell and transfers heat through its surface to warm the material inside. Raw materials enter the machine through the feed inlet and, as they are propelled forward by the rotating conveying screw, undergo pre-cooking. Once processed, the softened materials are then pushed out of the outlet by the flipping board, ensuring a continuous flow of pre-cooked product.
