Coconut Water Extracting Machine

Working principle of coconut water extracting machine: During operation, a person horizontally places the coconut on the baffle of the conveyor chain. The coconut is then lifted upward by the driving shaft while the pushing frame rotates accordingly. Through the interaction of various transmission parts, the conveyor chain continuously rotates and slowly elevates the coconut to the pushing frame. The top of the machine is equipped with fixed blades, which halve the coconut under the action of the blades and the pushing frame. The juice from the halved coconut flows into the juice outlet hopper. Above the juice outlet hopper, there is a row of barriers to prevent coconut shells from falling into the juice outlet hopper. The barriers are set at a certain angle, guiding the coconut shells into the residue outlet hopper.
