Applicable Scope:This Coconut Shell Crushing Machine Shell Breaking Cutting Crusher is suitable for shelling or removing (removing the hard shell) coconuts.Structural Features:The parts in contact with the material and the frame are made of carbon steel (can be customized with 304 stainless steel).The machine is mainly composed of a cutter disc, cutter teeth, frame, transmission, etc.  Working Principle:During operation, the electric motor drives the main shaft through chain sprockets, causing the main shaft to rotate, thus allowing the two cutter discs mounted on the ends of the main shaft to rotate. The cutter discs are equipped with sharp cutter teeth that are detachable for easy replacement. At the front of the cutter disc, there is a husking rod. During operation, place the coconut eye on the pointed end of the husking rod, then slowly tilt the coconut onto the cutter disc for husking. Gently rotate the coconut until all sides of the shell are removed cleanly.
