the main working component is the rotor equipped with hammers (also referred to as hammerheads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, pin shafts, and hammers. An electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Materials are fed into the machine through the top feeding inlet, where they are subjected to the actions of impacting, striking, shearing, and grinding by the rapidly moving hammers. Inside the rotor’s lower section, there is a sieve plate. Particles smaller than the sieve holes pass through the sieve plate and exit the machine, while larger particles remain on the sieve plate to undergo further impact and grinding by the hammers until they eventually pass through the sieve and out of the machine. The regulation of the discharge particle size is achieved by replacing sieves of different specifications. Moreover, the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate can be adjusted through an adjustment mechanism according to specific requirements.
