Structure Characteristics: The Juice Vibration Filter Vibrating Filtering Machine fundamentally consists of a dust cover, feeding inlet, fine mesh screen, upper frame with coarse mesh screen support, vibratory balls, mid-bottom frame with perforated plate, discharge outlets, weight plates, upper weights, vibration body, vibration motor, machine base, and lower weights. All parts that come into contact with materials and the machine framework are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel for durability and hygiene.
Working Principle: During operation, the material is fed through the inlet onto the fine mesh screen. Owing to the vibrations generated, the material oscillates on the fine mesh. Smaller particles pass through the mesh and are discharged through the fine material outlet. Larger, coarser particles remain on the surface of the fine mesh and are discharged through the coarse material outlet, thereby accomplishing the intended filtering and sieving objectives.
