Application Scope: This Juice Filter Machine Fruit Puree Refinement Filter is specifically designed for fine filtration during juice and pulp processing and is particularly adept at filtering out black spots in mango puree. It offers a variety of pore size options (ranging from 0.4 to 1.0mm) to meet customer requirements.Structure Characteristics: The machine mainly comprises a feed hopper, waste outlet, juice outlet, upper and lower cylindrical bodies, sieving mesh, brush scraper blades, the machine frame, and transmission components. All parts in contact with the materials and the machine frame are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and nylon bristle brushes.
Operating Principle: During operation, an electric motor drives a belt transmission mechanism, causing the brush scraper blades to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the machine through the feed inlet, it is evenly distributed onto both the brush scraper blades and the sieve. Due to the rotary action of the brush scraper and the presence of a lead angle, the material spirals along the cylinder toward the exit end. The fine juice filtrates through the mesh pores into the next stage of processing, while the pulp residue remains on the sieve and is automatically discharged through the waste outlet. By simply switching to different sieve specifications and adjusting the lead angle of the scraper blades, users can vary the filtration speed and achieve the desired level of filtration effectiveness.
