Working Principle of Separating Pulp And Seed Machine: During operation, materials enter through the feeding hopper and are first crushed by the crusher. The crushed materials then enter the separation sieve, where seeds and pulp are separated. Seeds and some juice drop into the seed outlet through holes on the separation sieve. The seed outlet tube contains a high-speed rotating scraper with rubber strips, and juice is thrown out through holes on the seed outlet. Seeds are scraped clean by the scraper and discharged from the end of the seed outlet tube, thus obtaining seeds from the materials.
