Scope of Application: This Passion Fruit Juice Extractor Industrial is suitable for automatic pulp extraction (with seeds) of passion fruit.

Structural Features: The machine is mainly composed of three pressure rollers, two cutting rollers, one material feeding roller, a feeding hopper, a pulp outlet hopper, a peel outlet hopper, a frame, transmission parts, etc. The parts in contact with materials and the frame are made of SUS304 stainless steel and rubber rollers.

Working Principle: During operation, the material is poured into the feeding hopper. The material first passes through the middle of two cutting rollers and is pressed by the material feeding roller into the gap between the two cutting rollers to cut open the passion fruit with seeds. The raw pulp with seeds is discharged from the pulp outlet hopper, while the peel is further pressed by three pressure rollers and discharged from the peel outlet hopper, thereby achieving the purpose of pulp extraction.
